Philip is back for his third year with the Scarborough Gilbert and Sullivan Society. We first saw Philip in his debut performance as the bad baronet; Sir Despard Murgatroyd, in the 2002 production of Ruddigore.
Philip returned in 2003 as Captain Corcoran in H.M.S. Pinafore and is back as the elderly baronet, Sir Marmaduke Pointdextre in this year's production of The Sorcerer. Beside his passion for singing, Philip also plays the guitar and has led singing programs for youth groups, senior citizens, church music ministries, and more.
When not hosting a banquet on the grounds of his mansion, Philip enjoys spending time with his family. He works as a social worker in a Long Term Care Facility, and is an ordained deacon involved in parish and social ministries.
The Sorcerer contains 3 things Philip holds dear: good food, good company and good times...so now to the banquet we press.
