Barb joined the Society in 1977 as an alto. She may be best remembered as the whistle-blowing fairy marshall in a production of "Iolanthe". Since leaving the chorus, she has been involved back-stage with make-up and sets. More recently she accepted the challenge of making most of our costumes for four years. This year, we have been able to rent costumes, but Barb has still been responsible for taking cast measurements and then handling last-minute costume alterations and maintenance, with the able assistance of Mary Hill. She thanks everyone for their co-operation and support. When not "G and S-ing" and keeping an eye on the rest of the Farrows, Barb enjoys being a member of the award-winning Scarborough Showstoppers, a seniors tap ensemble.
