LINDA JUNG "Peep-Bo", Fund Raising Convenor, Cast & Crew Lobby Bios |
|
Linda joined The Scarborough Gilbert & Sullivan Society in 1997. In her 10th year with the group, Linda is thrilled to be performing the role of Peep-Bo in The Mikado, one of her favourite G&S operettas. Linda is an alto with the chorus and has performed minor lead roles in Iolanthe, The Gondoliers and The Pirates of Penzance.Off stage, Linda is a funeral director for The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres, and she is currently located at Pine Hills Cemetery, Chapel and Reception Centre in Scarborough. She is also a wife, and a mother of two young children - Rachel (6) and Sean (4). Linda especially thanks her husband Paul for his love and support, which makes it possible for her to indulge in the frivolity of being a pert little schoolgirl filled to the brim with girlish glee and inclined to dance and sing "tra-la-la-la-la-la!"
